As the first hire in our team, you will work closely with the Director of AI & Digital Ecosystems. Together, we will build the AI tool stack of Impossible Founders.
Within the first three months, we will set up a functional AI stack for two to three clearly defined use cases that demonstrate internal value and can be transferred to our start-ups.
AI-First Operations at Impossible Founders
- Analyze internal workflows and identify where AI tools or automation can improve efficiency
- Develop new AI-powered workflows that enable processes which didn't exist before
- Build and implement solutions using the tools and platforms that fit the needs of our organisation
- Test and evaluate AI tools for specific use cases (which tool solves which problem)
- Create documentation so processes can be scaled and transferred to others
- Work closely with the CRM Manager and help to build up our Data Infrastructure
- Work with existing systems (Notion, HubSpot) to integrate AI capabilities
- Adapt validated internal solutions for use by startups in our portfolio
- Design and build new AI workflows tailored to startup needs
- Support startups in implementing AI tools and workflows
- Gather feedback from startups to improve solutions
- Develop templates and frameworks that startups can apply independently
